By Jude Patronella
Homes Correspondent
Houston's Sandra Gunn,

Acknowledged as a premier real

The focus of the conference was the

as well as other crucial issues, such as the growing number of Realtors, and the
election's possible effect on real estate legislation and policy.
Also in attendance were industry
expert David Lereah, chief economist for NAR; Bob Hale, president
of the Houston Association of Realtors; Terry E. Morris, president and
CEO of HomeServices of America, Inc.; Alex Perriello, president and CEO
of Cendant Real Estate Franchise Group; Sue Johnson, founder of RESPRO;
and author Barbara Corcoran, a lifetime New York resident, and recognized
broker.
